In seguito ad una visita occasionale in Val D’Orcia, essendoci innamorati con mia moglie Elena di questo stupendo territorio, abbiamo deciso, un po’ alla ventura, di andare alla ricerca di un casale da acquistare sia per investimento sia per prepararci ad una vita diversa nella tranquillità della natura incontaminata. mi chiamo Michele ed assieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo avuto per diverso tempo un bellissimo agriturismo proprio nel cuore della Val D’Orcia.
Con grande piacere lascio questa recensione perche’ sarebbe ingiusto non fare i complimenti alla agenzia immobiliare più storica del nostro territorio.
Non conoscevo personalmente i titolari ma sono stato incuriosito dal fatto che ogni volta che passavo dal corso Rossellino di Pienza c’era sempre gente in vetrina a guardare, ed una gentile signorina a dare ogni volta con tanto entusiasmo informazioni a tutti coloro che entravano in questo piccolo ufficio proprio all’entrata del paese. Assieme alla mia famiglia avendo un immobile da mettere in vendita, dopo un piacevole appuntamento, siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla professionalità e dall’onestà di valutazione di Alexandra e Paolo che senza sopravvalutare gli immobili per accaparrarsi l‘incarico di esclusiva ci hanno fatto una valutazione onesta del valore, pertanto decisi assieme alla mia famiglia di affidargli per un breve tempo l’incarico.
La curiosità che avevo si è trasformata in certezza in quanto senza il loro grande impegno non avremmo mai raggiunto il nostro obiettivo che ci eravamo ormai proposto da diversi anni.

Non possiamo dire altro che la loro struttura rappresenta veramente la dinamicità, la professionalità ma soprattutto la passione con cui svolgono il loro lavoro senza mai perdere di vista ogni argomento importante che tuteli i loro clienti. Insieme a mia moglie Mariangela, abbiamo deciso di modificare il nostro stile di vita e dedicare la maggior parte del tempo a noi stessi anziche’ alle nostre attivita’ professionali.
In relazione a cio’, ci siamo messi alla ricerca di quello che normalmente viene definito “ buen retiro “.
Molti sono i luoghi a noi cari, ed uno in particolar modo e’ la Val D’Orcia.
Da qui l’affannosa e faticosa ricerca e’ iniziata circa un anno fa esplorando, in modo maniacale, tutte le proposte immobiliari presenti in rete.
Ce ne sono infinite…per tutti i gusti e, soprattutto, per tutte le tasche.
La maggior parte sono all’interno di portali piu’ o meno strutturati che fanno capo ad agenzie immobiliari.
Devo confessare che, nella maggior parte dei casi, non e’ semplice avere a che fare con loro. In diversi casi il loro livello di professionalita’ e’ decisamente basso (per non dire inesistente) e non e’ possibile avere un confronto corretto con loro.
Se hai gia’ le idee chiare su cosa cercare meglio…altrimenti preparatevi a confezionare centinaia di visite inutili ed improponibili.
Come dire….ciascuno cerca di piazzare il proprio prodotto in ogni caso, soprattutto quello piu’ remunerativo anche se cozza pienamente con le tue necessita’/desideri.
Devo ammettere che dopo averne frequentate molte, lo sconforto comincia a farsi sentire pesantemente. Non c’e’ alcun parametro preciso a cui fare riferimento. Il prezzo a metro quadro e’ impossibile da definire. Tutto e’ in vendita ed a qualsiasi prezzo “…dipende…” vi dira’ il vostro interlocutore di turno, “…fate comunque un’offerta, non vi preoccupate…”.
Poi quando cominciavamo a pardere le speranze di riuscire a coronare il nostro sogno, abbiamo conosciusto Alexandra.
Probabilmente il fatto che non sia italiana ha fatto la differenza. Il suo approccio e la sua disponibilita’ ad “ ascoltare e comprendere “ le nostre necessita’ e’ stato fondamentale.
Ci ha subito inquadrato e ci ha mostrato solamente immobili nei parametri che le abbiamo fornito senza farci perdere tempo. Immaginate le difficolta’ a muoversi con le restrizioni del Covid partendo da Milano.
Alexandra alla terza visita ha centrato l’obiettivo ed e’ riuscita a farci concludere una trattativa per nulla semplice.
Il ns ringraziamento va anche al suo partner Paolo che, insieme a lei, si e’ sbracciato per fornirci tutte le informazioni (e le risposte) a noi necessarie.
Fortunatamente chi la dura la vince. E’ trascorso quasi un anno dalla nostra prima visita in Val D’Orcia all’acquisto definitivo e pensavamo di non farcela.

Me and my wife searched house with land in Toscana for one year. We have been in contact with many real estate agencies and visited a lot of houses.
In one moment seems , that It was no possible to find exactly what we want and what we CAN buy.

My husband spotted the Ercolani store front in Montepulciano while on a bike ride through the town. The day before we had met with a real estate agent that my husband had found on the internet before we came for our vacation in Italy. He picked this gentleman because he was from England and we thought it would be easier to work with someone in our native language. Buying a house in Tuscany…..our story…..

A few years back my husband and I traveled to, and fell instantly in love with, Tuscany. Its rolling hills, its wine, the memorable food and, of course, its welcoming people.
