Access is a short walk from the square of the Colleggiata, where a parking space reserved for residents is also accessible for loading and unloading (but in case of need it is also possible to arrive, very short stops, practically in front of the front door of the house) .
The apartment, in the main part (on the ground floor on the entrance side, on the third floor on the living room side) is composed of entrance, corridor, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen for a total of about 80 square meters.
