The property consists of a large farmhouse beautifully restored in full respect of tradition of Tuscany, with characteristic terracotta floors, chestnut beams and strictly Tuscan bricks and stones partly recovered from the property itself. Internally, the floors are terracotta from Castel Viscardo and the ceiling is made from Tuscan chestnut beams and bricks. Both the internal and external door and window frames are wooden. The heating system of the building corresponds with current legislation. ACTUAL AND POTENTIAL USES Given the characteristics of the property and the presence of the swimming pool, the property is ideal as either a farmhouse or as a prestigious private residence. Alternatively, being close to some of the most attractive towns in Tuscany, the property offers great potential for touristic rental. The vineyard, currently in production, can be expanded to a hectare. Adjacent to the farmhouse, there is an outbuilding of 300 square metres used to store agricultural machinery and materials, but this can easily be used for different purposes. Finally, there is permission to construct an additional building of 60 square metres for a wine and cheese tasting hall.
