"Buy to let" is a new formula of investment which enables the financing of the purchase of a property located in a particular area of our Region, through the income generated by the rental revenue. Recently some financial institutes in Italy introduced into their portfolio the new service of the "buy to let"mortgage. In practise, with this type of mortgage it is given that the loan instalment is paid with the rental income.

Concerning the legal aspect there are no particular problems: having chosen the property, in fact, the full legal ownership will be acquired via public notary deed. After that, according to the financial situation of the purchaser, a tailored mortgage will be organised ensuring the best deal for each client.
