Buy to Let Guaranteed - "Guaranteed Property Income"

All proposed properties with the "Buy to Let Guaranteed" are bound by prior agreements with tour operators and the figure referred as guaranteed profitability it is not indicative but it is the real amount of money that will be paid once signing the contract.

The "Void for Full" is a type of contract widely used by tour operators. Consists in buy in advance (for an agreed price)a certain number of services (eg. rooms, charter seats, etc..) for a certain period, regardless of what will be sale of them by the Tour Operators.

This type of contract is used by the Tour Operator more experts (with whom we work) which have consolidated over the years a great experience so to rely on a higher reliability of the profit forecasts. This kind of formula can be used just for certain types of properties and some tourist destinations.

The risk of unsold rests entirely on the Tour Operator (who must pay in advance regardless of actual usage, even if the rooms or apartments remain free).

How it works

When signing the contract "Void for Full" (which normally lasts for one season, unless different agreements) the established profitability will be paid by the Tour Operator. It is always option of the owner to reserve some periods for personal use or to waive this contractual formula and use the property differently.
